Work Order Reference Data: Asset and Task;

Currently, we are doing some initial analysis, not ready to start development in sandbox yet. Could you help us to look into these questions? Thank you!

Customers using CorrigoPro Desktop receive work order notification via email. In the email, there are fields such as:
-Priority: ex. Normal, Emergency, Routine (2 day ETA), etc.
-Asset: ex. in CruChat, SALES FLOOR > Lighting, Building Interior > Building/Structure Repair & Maintenance > Plumbing, etc.
-Type: ex. in CruChat, Exterior Lights Out, Repair/Maintenance, Install New, Other, etc.

  1. Could we get a FULL list for above reference data? This helps to route work orders in CMMS.
  2. Could you provide a decoded sample response for GET /api/workOrder? The samples at the API site are all encoded.
  3. Do you have an API to pull IVR check in/pause/checkout data?
  4. Which API takes NTE increase request;
  5. Which API provides NTE approval status?
