While working with integrating Corrigo I had a question that I didn’t find the answer to within the documentation.

What I observed is that when I send a CruChat message though the Corrigo Desktop UI the webhook will afterwards post the event to our configured endpoint as expected. However, when I use a third party tool such as Postman to add a CruChat message to a Work Order, the webhook does not seem to post that message back.

Am I correct that the expected behavior is only CruChat messages created though the Desktop UI will be sent via the webhook?
