Hello,

I have a concern regarding the QuoteChanged process. We use your API to update our system, but sometimes when a quote is submitted and approved, the QuoteChanged with the Approved status event isn’t sent. This causes our system to miss the approval and not reflect it correctly. Here is an example:

1. QuoteChanged - Status: Approved not sent:

   

   

   
   

2. QuoteChanged - Status: Approved sent:

Can you explain this behavior and why this happen?
