Endpoints for VISIT work orders
Hi,
Invoice line items
Is there a way to get a list of line items available for each client for invoicing purposes? What we see is that the items are available on a work order basis, but how can we creating any mapping logic if we cannot see what line items are available per customer? And do customers have a standard list of items PLUS some custom items, or each customer is unique?
Location data structure
We are noticing that there might be multiple Occupant IDs that denote the same physical address, but there seem to be different Work Zones? There is a Work Zone ID and Work Zone Number, available to us, along the Occupant ID. We also sometimes see that Work Zone ID is null or missing from the API responses completely. Can you please explain the data hierarchy? What should we use as a unique location identifier?
Updating Tax
We're integrating the Corrigo API for invoicing and need to confirm if it's possible to update the Tax field and the Zero Tax dropdown options via the API.
Setup additional branches for web hook
We currently have a webhook setup with corrigo pro and has been working with a single branchID.
Customer wants a quote before creating a work order
How can a quote be submitted to a customer prior to actually having a valid active work order?
Asset/Location Sync
We’re integrating Corrigo with our internal system and want to ensure consistent mapping of locations and assets across both platforms. What’s the recommended approach for keeping Corrigo’s location and asset data in sync with downstream systems? Specifically:
API access to PM
question about the API’s access in regards to PMs. I know we can access the PM task list through the API, but can we also access things like schedule date?
API question
Do we turn on/off the Corrigo API at the Site level ? all customers in the site ?
a. No customer approval to bring their data through the Corrigo API ?
API Throttling/Timeout
We've had an ongoing issue where the Corrigo API will habitually time out, giving no response at all, seriously hampering our process.
Is there some kind of rate/request limit attached to the Corrigo Pro API? Or does it throttle after a certain number of requests?
