Complete WOrkorder Message

We are receiving a "Complete Work Order" message back upon work order checkout asking "HOW MANY TECHS WORKED ON THIS JOB?, "REFRIGERANT", and "IF THIS LOCATION IS UNDER REF/HVAC SERVICE CONTRACT, EXPLAIN WHY THIS SERVICE REPAIR IS NOT COVERED". Is this required or is this configurable and we can turn this off? If so, how do we make this change?

Verify data by using sign and a public certificate in ASP.NET Core

Hi Team,
I am trying to validate my Webhook request in Asp.Net Core when receiving new workorder notification from Corrigo and I got the hit on my specified controller but before preceding further I want to validate my request header token as mentioned in :

Showing documents on list view

Is it possible to show if a WO has an attachment in the list view?

Not all messages sent over webhook

Looking at a Work Order I noticed we were missing some of the Cru Chat messages in our system. These seem to be messages from JLL Santander. If I use the messages API I can see some but not all. Taking a look at the WebHook logs I can also see that some of these were not sent over after creation in Corrigo. Hoping someone can take a look at this. Thanks!

Corrigo Pro "Internal Server Error" during bulk acceptance

Yesterday an issue was noticed when running our integration to auto-Accept new work orders. Taking a look at the Corrigo Pro logs it was noticed that during acceptance this was the response we received:

"Internal server error" when calling downloadUrl API endpoint

Starting at "8/31/2022 13:04:13.913", I've been getting internal server errors for one specific work order (HLOL0450552). Can someone at Corrigo provide me with more information about what the error is? My account name is "The Bernard Group".

Same NewWorkOrder delivered twice?

Starting ~2 weeks ago, I've encountered two instances where CorrigoPro Direct has delivered two NewWorkEvents for the same work order to my event notification (webhook) handler. Prior to this, I had never encountered this situation.

Corrigo API Response time SLA?

Hello,
Is there a standard response time SLA that the Corrigo API tries to adhere to? We noticed that at times the Work Order Get API is taking well over 30 seconds to deliver a response back to our system. These lengthy response times are leading to failures when making the callout to Corrigo. Thirty seconds seems excessive but I couldn't find an answer in the documentation if this still fell within Corrigo's acceptable window. Is there a standard response time window for CorrigoPro Direct?
Thank you,
Chris

Webhook & CruChat behavior?

While working with integrating Corrigo I had a question that I didn’t find the answer to within the documentation.
