Webhook & CruChat behavior?

While working with integrating Corrigo I had a question that I didn’t find the answer to within the documentation.

When calling the endpoint /api/workOrder/checkIn one of the elements of the Model is Comment. I see that element sent over and accepted but it does not show anywhere that I can see in the interface. Where does this comment go? (several other endpoints have the same element)

I know that I can pull the messages using the api/messages end point, but I need to be able to see things like 'Checked-in through the IVR ...', and 'Paused through the IVR ...' and these do not generate messages.
