Glossary
This topic describes common terms and key concepts used in this documentation.
Customer
An organization or company that uses Corrigo Enterprise for creation and management of work orders. A customer application is a part of the Corrigo ecosystem that is used for creation and management of work orders.
Provider
An organization or company that performs work requested by a customer.
Technician
An employee of a Provider company who may perform work described in a work order.
Subcontractor
A third-party organization or company that uses the CorrigoPro for performing work requested by a customer on behalf of the provider that initially received a work order.
Associate
Common name for an employee (technician) or a company (subcontractor) to be assigned to a work order.
Work order
Representation of work requested by a facility manager on a customer side, and performed by a technician on a provider side.
CorrigoPro
A suite of provider applications, such as CorrigoPro Desktop and CorrigoPro Mobile.
CorrigoPro Direct
REST API and a number of tools providing integration capabilities with CorirgoPro and CorrigoPro Network.
CorrigoPro Network
CorrigoPro Network is a platform that keeps you connected to your customers, provides easy to use tools that simplify management of inbound work, and includes many other special features.
RESTful Web Services##
Web services that are built on an architectural style that specifies constraints, such as the uniform interface, that if applied to a web service induce desirable properties, such as performance, scalability, and modifiability.
SLA
Service Level Agreement is a contract between a customer and a provider. It includes information about priority and terms of execution of work. SLAs affect provider’s rating in the customer’s system.
NTE
Need To Exceed is a request for a need to exceed the amount of money in a work order.
CMMS
Computerized Maintenance Management System.
Facility Manager
A person who is responsible for creation of work orders in the Corrigo Enterprise. Facility Manager assigns work orders to specific providers, and verifies these orders when they are completed.
CruMember
A worker employed by a provider with no administrative privileges in CorrigoPro Mobile and in CorrigoPro Desktop.
CruLead
A management level user with administrative privileges in CorrigoPro Mobile and in CorrigoPro Desktop. Usually dispatchers, managers and coordinators are registered as CruLeads.
