Other use cases
CorrigoPro Direct supports other use cases that are not absolutely necessary or important for the work order lifecycle:
Specifying equipment worked on
You can specify equipment worked on by selecting equipment from a list of predefined items and customizing its attributes. You can also create new equipment from scratch.
Specifying equipment worked on might be required for completion of a work order.
Assigning and unassigning associates
You can assign a work order to different associate members:
- To a subcontractor - to delegate work
- To a technician, so that he always stays informed about any changes in a work order.
You can revoke access to a work order by unassiging an associate member.
Completing procedures
A customer can create a list of procedures and steps to be performed while the work is done. CorrigoPro Direct provides means of managing procedure steps separately.
Completing procedures might be required for completion of a work order.
Completing a checklist
A customer can create a list of items to be checked while the work is done. CorrigoPro Direct provides means of managing a check list separately or within the work order.
Completing a checklist might be required for completion of a work order.
Important
Checklists will are becoming Procedures for most Enterprise clients on March 22, 2018, and we discourage their usage.
Sending and receiving messages
When you need to get answers to the questions you have as soon as possible, you can send instant messages to a customer. Make sure everyone involved in the work order receives updates in real-time, regardless of the application type they use.
Retrieving a list of customers
To find out what customers know about you and ready to send work orders, you can retrieve a list of all connected customers.
