Usage scenarios
This page describes the common scenarios for usage of the CorrigoPro Direct API.
CorrigoPro supports multiple integration scenarios because the same work order can be updated both via the CorrigoPro Direct API and CorrigoPro Mobile and Desktop apps.
Full Integration (most common)
Providers receive work orders into their CMMS system integrated via CorrigoPro Direct. For processing work orders they use their in-house work order management software.
Partial Integration
Providers receive work orders into their CMMS system integrated via CorrigoPro Direct. They assign their CorrigoPro technicians to these work orders. Technicians use CorrigoPro Mobile or CorrigoPro Desktop for processing and completion of work orders.
The integration down
If a provider's server is down, providers can use CorrigoPro for processing work orders.
